Flamenco Villa is a two storey executive villa with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.

Ground Floor

The ground floor consists of a large family lounge, dining area, kitchen, laundry room, shower room and pool area.

Pool and Spa Area

There is a large south-facing pool and spa area surrounded by Mediterranean style block paving and equipped with luxury padded sun-loungers, chairs and patio table. It has a pool screen and lanai to add to your comfort while you sunbathe or dine al fresco. The pool area overlooks a large conservation area visited daily by a family of cranes and other exotic birds. All doors to the pool have entry and exit alarms fitted for the safety of younger guests. The patio is accessed via the kitchen, family room or a large downstairs shower room.

Family Room

A large family room superbly furnished to a deluxe standard offers a comfortable area for all our guests to relax in. There is a large wide screened TV and a DVD player and a dining area with seating for 6-8 people.

Kitchen & Breakfast Area

The open-plan kitchen is next to the family room and is exceptionally well equipped. There is a breakfast bar and a further dining table for more informal dining.

Laundry Room

Beside the kitchen there is a laundry room with washing machine, tumble drier, iron, ironing board etc.

Games Room

The laundry room leads to the double garage, part of which has been converted to a games room and boasts a pool table, air hockey table and table football.

Upstairs

There are 4 bedrooms (2 double rooms and 2 twin rooms) and a family bathroom upstairs.

Master bedroom with en-suite bathroom

The Master Bedroom is very spacious room with a queen size bed. It is very stylishly decorated with lots of storage space, lamps, TV and radio. The en-suite bathroom has twin wash-hand basins, toilet, a large jacuzzi bath and separate walk-in shower.

Second double bedroom

The second double bedroom is spacious with a king size bed.

2 Twin Bedrooms

The two twin bedrooms are equally tastefully decorated and furnished, each with their own distinctive style.

Family Bathroom

The bathrooms are large and well equipped.
