Deposits & Other Charges

  • A booking deposit of £100 / $180 / €125 per week is required.
  • A £200 / $360 / €250 refundable security deposit is also payable.
  • The balance of the amount due is payable 2 months prior to arrival.
  • For stays of less than a week there is an additional charge of £40 / $75 / €50.
  • Pool heating (Optional but recommended Oct - April) - £12 / $22 / €15 per day.
  • Rental includes taxes, electricity, water, air-con, clean towels and bed linen.
  • Minimum Stay - 4 Nights
